...Bad Romance by Lady Gaga. The song was just okay, until I saw the video and now I love the song!! I feel we just got saturated with Lady Gaga's music in the past year, so I just kinda went...mmmeh, she's got some good hooks to her music and it's catchy. Like I am not a Britney Spears fan but I do like her music, it just kind of gets in your head and stays there but not in a bad way. Especially some of her remixes, they're pretty good. Today starts another week, another week of job searching and for those of you who are fortunate...another week of work. :) Hope everyone has a good week! ;) peace

Sons of Anarchy

I started watching the first season today, I got to episode 5 and I just don't know if I can continue. That whole "pack" mentality is ridiculous, it's no different than all the gangs. Gangs, I feel, are made up of men who can't stand on their own two feet. I just saw "the Sons" blow torch an ex members back because he didn't remove his tattoo when he was kicked out of the club. Really? You're going to give a guy life threatening injuries because he didn't remove a tattoo of a grim reaper off his back? Wow, now that's masculine...it actually reminds me of women who get all huffy when they go to an event and someone has on the same dress, just saying. Then of course the way they treat women and the women just take it because, well that's what "we do". Now on the Sons of Anarchy they make Katey Sagal look like this strong woman who runs shit. Come on, according to the laws of the pack if her son Jaxson was supposed to be killed by the group she would just bite her lip and stand back. So yeah, that's not a very feminist point of view for all the women who despise the show. I really only may continue to watch it because Charlie Hunnam keeps taking his shirt off. It's well written (kinda because the shoot out at the bar in Nevada was soooo believable) and definitely well acted...it's just, well if this is the way real motorcycle clubs operate...that's kind of sad. At least they don't get jumped in (well they might, I'm only on episode 5) because now that is some bullshit. See this is how I know I could never be in a gang #1) too fucking independent, I'm not trying to hear nobody tell me what I need to do. #2) You are not going to kick my ass so I can be a part of your club, not happening, I will fight you back to the very end. Wait, maybe I could be the leader of a gang! Nope, can't do that either because if their simple asses don't do as I say and it comes back on me...I'm not responsible for that shit either. #3) We all have to wear the same outfit? Um...

Paranormal Activity...

...scared THE FUCK out of me!! Seriously I am not about horror movies or scary movies but I've heard and read so much about this film that I had to see it. My heart is still beating fast! Pacquiao Vs. Cotto

I'm not the biggest boxing fan but awhile ago got hooked on 24/7 on HBO which was a documentary following Miguel Cotto and Manny Pacquiao and the build up to tonight's fight. Cotto lost, he was the hotter of the two. It was on pay per view so I didn't get to see it, but hopefully HBO will show it next weekend. ;) peace

Levi Johnston gets a porn award...

...really? I'm not sure how I feel on this subject, first off...I do think he is hot...secondly I kind of admire him for using his "fame" so blatantly. He's like the male equivalent of Paris Hilton, but not as annoying. He's going to be doing Playgirl and one can only imagine how their website is going explode! I think people are giving him too hard of a time because he fathered the child of a VP candidate, okay Palin was a candidate she is not the VP of the United States (thank God!) so people should just lay off and let him be hot and have his 15 minutes of fame. Honestly I'm kind of happy for him, imagine if he was still stuck up in the backwoods of Alaska, this is a whole new life (being "famous") and how many people from the cut get that opportunity? He is filing suit to see his kid because I guess Sarah Palin is preventing him from seeing the boy. Dunno know if that's true but it would be nice to think it is, the him suing part.
Hmm...I guess I do know how I feel on this subject. ;) peace

Today's Weather...

...was cold. It's finally cooling down in Cali! I'm not a big fan of overcast skies so hopefully it will just get cold but the sun will still shine. Still on the job hunt, I can't believe how tough it is...well actually I can. Hopefully something will open up soon, until then I didn't realize how much heat you lose through your head...so I recommend always wearing a beanie in cold weather! ;) peace

...how hot is this?? Hot men charity calendars are nothing new...check out Dieux du Stade which has been around for like 10 years now, but this is kinda hot in a "mountain man" type of way. You can order the calendar here and check out some of the other models. I'm thinking June is my favorite, LOVE those legs...dammit! ;) peace
