I have known of this video for awhile but I never posted it because (or hell maybe I did)well...honestly I was afraid of the youtube posters reaction. I love this song though, I really do and if he sees this post on a gay blog I hope he's cool with it...if not, I'll respect him and take it down. He is so talented though, one of the best hand drummers I have heard. It's hard to explain but when someone sings native, like...you know it..you feel it and he has that voice. It's awesome, it reminds me of home at times. Hahempi Waste yelo! (good night)

Found this on youtube, gave me chills...had to post it. I was 7 years old when this was recorded, I was a young native in South Dakota...on the rez just trying to survive. I had no idea someone like this existed...no one who would be like me...existed. At 7 I think I kinda knew then...but had no idea there were adults out there...who did know about themselves. ;) peace
